Job description
MDI NetworX is seeking a Director of HR & Finance to lead both functions from a single, unified role. This role will align offshore support with onshore operations, set strategy, ensure policy compliance, and manage day-to-day HR and Finance activities.
The candidate will report to the COO, shape compensation philosophy, and supervise offshore teams handling transactional tasks while maintaining security of sensitive data. Hybrid work is required in the US.
