Job description
Revolution Foods is seeking a hands-on Director of Human Resources to lead HR support for our Commerce/La Mirada, San Lorenzo, and Las Vegas operations. You will oversee a small HR team and partner with Operations to strengthen employee experience, HR processes, compliance, and culture.
You will be a builder and employee advocate with deep HR knowledge, addressing complex employee relations and advising senior leadership while scaling processes for a growing workforce.
