Job description
Precipart, based in Farmingdale, NY, seeks a hands-on Director of Human Resources to shape a scalable people strategy and operating plan for ~300 employees. You will partner with executives to drive growth, talent pipelines and an exceptional employee experience.
You will lead a 3–4 person HR team and own HR operations, compliance, data management and program development across the organization, including global growth initiatives and site-wide people programs.
