Job description
SkyWater Search Partners is recruiting for a Director of Human Resources to lead the people function for a private equity-backed consumer products and e-commerce company in Minnesota.
The role reports to the CFO and requires building strategy, systems, and programs for a ~70-person workforce across corporate and manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate is an HR generalist with leadership experience and a track record of driving culture, performance, and compliance.
