Job description
The Village Network in Wooster, OH is seeking a Director of HR Operations to lead day-to-day HR functions across talent management, benefits and leave management, and talent acquisition. You will supervise HR supervisors, implement HR strategy, and drive efficiency and compliance while enhancing the employee experience.
This exempt, administrative role requires a BA/BS and at least five years of HR leadership experience.
