Job description
Penn Medicine Bala Cynwyd is seeking a Director of HR Service Operations to lead enterprise HR service center strategy, governance, and continuous improvement. You will partner with HRIS, HR Tech Strategy, COEs, and Operations to drive scalable, employee-centered service delivery.
The role focuses on governance, digital enablement, analytics, and standardized processes to improve service quality and deflection. 8–12 years of leadership in HR operations is expected.
