Humana, Inc. seeks a Director, HR Business Partner to lead the people agenda for Humana Military, aligning talent strategy with contract priorities and shaping organization, leadership, workforce and culture outcomes to support current TRICARE commitments and future growth.
You will partner with senior leaders, orchestrate HR Centers of Excellence, and ensure measures of success through integrated, data-driven solutions across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning, and Employee Relations.
