Job description
GEICO seeks a Director, IA Sales Incentive Compensation to lead IA design, delivery, and measurement of incentive programs. You will partner with product, finance and field teams to optimize rewards, drive productivity, and ensure compliance. This role requires expert Excel modeling and strong communication across senior leadership.
You will build and mentor a team, own end-to-end administration, and influence strategic business decisions through rigorous analysis and clear presentations.
