Individual giving covers the broad donor base below major-gift level, and directing it means owning both the acquisition engine that brings new donors in and the stewardship that keeps them.Discover morefoodBusiness & IndustrialCharity### Typical responsibilities for this kind of role* Strategy for direct mail, digital, and multi-channel donor acquisition* Retention and upgrade programmes across the donor file* Mid-level giving programmes bridging annual and major gifts* Budget ownership and revenue forecasting* Segmentation, testing, and performance analysis### Who tends to fitCandidates with individual giving or direct-response backgrounds, strong analytical comfort with donor data, and experience managing external agencies.
