Job description
SFFILM seeks a Director of Individual Giving to lead strategic donor engagement and fundraising initiatives. This role will manage two full‑time staff, collaborate with the Executive Director and senior leadership, and guide annual and multi-year philanthropic strategies to grow gifts and memberships.
The position requires leadership in donor relations, major gifts, and events, including the annual Awards Night, with hybrid work in the San Francisco office and travel as needed.
