Coda Search│Staffing is assisting in sourcing a Director of Asset Management for our client, a real estate investment manager focused on last-mile industrial. The Atlanta office seeks an ambitious leader with 5-8 years of experience in asset management to broaden exposure to real estate private equity.
You will oversee end-to-end asset management, leasing, and due diligence for acquisitions, while building tools to analyze portfolio performance.
