Job description
Northwell Health is seeking an experienced infection prevention leader to shape a 6‑ to 12‑month strategic vision, implement patient safety initiatives, and align long‑term plans with organizational goals. You will guide risk mitigation using surveillance data, lead facility‑wide readiness, audits, RCA discussions, and staff training to drive measurable improvements.
Requirements: CBIC, NYS RN license preferred, 8–12 years in infection control, and 7+ years in leadership; Master’s degree
