Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director - Information Systems, who is either a U.S. Citizen or a Green Card Holder , as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Required Qualifications + Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant experience.
15+ years of progressive hands-on leadership experience in enterprise applications, analytics, or
Proven experience leading global, cross-functional technology teams.
Strong experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or related SAP modules.
Strong familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and M365, and data/analytics transformations.
Experience managing complex enterprise application landscapes and support environments.
Strong project and portfolio management experience.
Experience partnering with senior business leaders and translating business requirements into
Experience establishing governance frameworks, architecture standards, and data management practices.
Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams, including talent acquisition, coaching, succession planning, and organizational design.
Strong vendor management experience with SAP, Microsoft, systems integrators, consulting partners, and managed service providers.
Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.
Experience driving innovation, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
