Job description
UC San Diego Health seeks a Director of Inpatient Intra Operative Nursing to oversee inpatient OR units across Jacobs Medical Center and Hillcrest facilities. This role designs and stewards nursing and administrative operations, aligning staffing, budgets, and policies with organizational strategy.
The Director will mentor nurse leaders, manage budgets, and drive improvements in patient care quality and workflow efficiency across large departments and multiple units.
