Summary
An established B2B SaaS and technology solutions provider is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and scale an inside sales team across a designated North American territory. This executive will drive revenue growth, manage team performance, and build strategic commercial relationships. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in technology sales management, team development, and go-to-market strategy execution.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and scale a regional team of inside sales professionals driving growth for enterprise software and service solutions.
Develop and execute annual territory business plans, sales forecasts, and operational budgets to achieve revenue metrics.
Maintain rigorous standards for sales accountability, pipeline management, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies, pricing models, product packaging, and promotional campaigns with market demand.
Provide high-level deal support, leading presentation and negotiation strategies for key commercial accounts.
Oversee customer relationship health, serving as a point of escalation for client satisfaction and account retention.
Ensure accurate CRM data integrity, activity logging, and regular executive reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required; MBA preferred.
5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with preference for B2B technology, SaaS, digital tools, or commercial supply chain sectors.
Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and holding inside sales teams accountable to aggressive growth targets.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with expertise in proposal development, pricing strategies, and business ROI analysis.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive presentation capabilities.
