Job description
Care.com is seeking a Director of Inside Sales to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Marketing Solution Specialists. You will manage on-shore and off-shore Sales Managers and a team of about 30 sales representatives to drive revenue growth and performance.
You’ll design onboarding, training, and development programs, lead hiring for new classes, and mentor your management team in B2B selling. Hybrid work with in-office schedule applies.
