Job description
Wilberforce University seeks a Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Research to develop and manage all activities related to institutional research and effectiveness. The selected candidate will guide evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement across campus and will report to the Chief of Staff.
The role requires leading data governance, accreditation work, and strategic planning initiatives with senior university leadership in an on-site capacity.
