Job description
Vertex Pharmaceuticals in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Director for Integrated Customer Experience (ICX), Brand Engagement. You will translate brand priorities and customer insights into coordinated HCP and patient experience strategies, defining journeys and activation roadmaps that connect needs with business objectives.
You will lead cross-functional teams across Brand, Data and Technology, Insights and Analytics, Medical, and external partners.
