Job description
Wells Enterprises (a Ferrero Company) seeks a Director of Integrated Media & Content to lead cross-brand media strategy, content, and CRM-driven initiatives. You’ll partner with Brand, Customer, and Insights teams to optimize A&P investment and drive consumer journeys while delivering commercial results.
You will oversee agency relationships, build playbooks, and advance modern marketing capabilities across Retailer Media Networks, in-house content, and influencer programs.
