Job description
Frederick Living seeks a Director of Pastoral Services to lead spiritual care for a diverse senior living community. You will plan worship, coordinate chaplaincy activities and work with clergy and volunteers to enrich residents’ lives.
You will provide compassionate spiritual support, engage families during life transitions, and guide interdisciplinary teams to uphold the mission of Life with Purpose™. This role requires weekend availability and a strong interfaith approach.
