Role
The Head of Business Technology Solutions provides leadership for the organization's technology, systems, and business applications.
This role is responsible for supporting operational efficiency, managing technology initiatives, overseeing vendors and technology resources, and ensuring systems effectively support business objectives.
The ideal candidate brings experience leading technology functions, improving business processes, managing enterprise systems, and partnering with leadership to drive organizational success.
Preferred Experience
Manufacturing and distribution industry experience
Multi‑site operational support
ERP implementation and administration
Microsoft Dynamics 365
Business intelligence and reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
Warehouse management systems
Manufacturing execution systems
Cloud infrastructure and Microsoft 365 administration
Cybersecurity and disaster recovery planning
IT project management
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
Experience leading technology strategy in manufacturing and distribution environments
Strong understanding of ERP systems, systems integration, cybersecurity, networking, and business applications
Proven experience leading cross‑functional technology projects
Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills
