Job description
DTCC is seeking a Director of IT Performance Management to strengthen governance, transparency, and effectiveness of IT performance reporting across the organization. This role leads IT Governance Metrics, supports governance committees, and serves as Product Owner of the IT Metrics Portal.
With a focus on automation and AI, you will drive adoption, coordinate governance activities, and partner with senior leaders to align IT performance with business objectives.
