Hopscotch Primary Care in Chicago is seeking an experienced Director of IT to lead technology strategy, governance, and the IT operations that support dozens of clinics and the central team. You will own enterprise infrastructure, security, HIPAA and PCI compliance, and AI safety governance, while partnering with product and engineering to secure, deploy, and maintain critical systems.
This is a senior leadership role in a growing rural-focused health system.
