Job description
IMA Financial Group is seeking an experienced IT leader to recruit, retain, and develop a nationwide Field Technician and Helpdesk team. You will build a scalable team to meet today’s and tomorrow’s technology needs, establishing clear expectations and development plans across leaders and staff.
The role requires deep IT infrastructure knowledge, ITIL/ITSM proficiency, and hands-on experience with Intune, Freshservice, and large-scale workstation deployment.
