HomeServe USA Corp. in Norwalk, CT is seeking a senior Labor Relations leader to oversee the labor relations function within the Energy Services division. You will manage collective bargaining negotiations, administer contracts, and develop strategic goals.
The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in labor relations and at least ten years of experience, with strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel about 50% to support bargaining and field operations.
