Job description
The Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, Texas, seeks a seasoned Labor Relations Manager to direct bargaining unit negotiations and interpret labor agreement terms. You will guide management in disciplinary actions, promotions, and grievances while maintaining compliance with safety procedures.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least eight years in HR with five in management, preferably in a unionized environment. HR certifications are preferred.
