Job description
Southern Medical Recruiters is seeking a Director of Laboratory Services for a full-time position at a general acute-care facility in mid-Texas. The candidate will manage laboratory staff, oversee budgeting, and lead quality improvement initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate must hold a BS degree and MT(ASCP) certification, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. An excellent salary, relocation allowance, and benefits will be provided.
