Job description
Fenwick & West seeks a Director of Legal Recruiting to lead firmwide attorney recruitment for lateral, counsel, entry‑level, and summer programs. The role partners with Hiring Chairs, Legal Personnel and Practice Management to align hiring with practice areas, while championing AI‑enabled sourcing and market intelligence.
The position can be based in any U.S. office, requiring 2–3 days in‑office per week and additional on‑site support as needed.
