About the Role
As Director of Licensing, you will lead EnVogue's licensing partnerships and business development efforts across home décor and consumer products. This role focuses on building industry relationships, securing new partnerships, and negotiating licensing agreements to expand our brand portfolio and drive business growth.
What You'll Do
Identify and secure new licensing partnerships with brands, licensors, and agencies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners and industry partners.
Lead contract negotiations, licensing agreements, and renewals.
Negotiate royalties, minimum guarantees, category rights, and other deal terms.
Evaluate potential licenses based on brand positioning, retail demand, and potential.
Identify new categories, brand extensions, and business opportunities.
Develop licensing strategies aligned with retailer needs and company goals.
Research emerging brands, consumer trends, and licensing opportunities.
Manage existing partnerships and identify opportunities for expansion.
Represent EnVogue at licensing trade shows, industry events, and partner meetings.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of experience in licensing, brand partnerships, or business development within consumer products, home décor, fashion, or related industries.
Commercial licensing experience on the licensor or licensee side, preferably within wholesale, retail, or consumer products.
Established relationships with licensors, licensing agencies, brand owners, or industry partners.
Proven experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing licensing agreements.
Strong knowledge of licensing contracts, royalties, guarantees, category rights, and renewals.
Strong understanding of retail merchandising, consumer trends, and brand positioning.
Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. xawqmyg
