Job description
Beth El Congregation in Pikesville, MD, is seeking a visionary Director of Adult Education to lead the Rabbi Mark G. Loeb Center for Lifelong Learning. This leader will oversee and enhance a dynamic curriculum while promoting engaging learning opportunities for adults within the community.
The ideal candidate holds an MA or PhD in Jewish Education and has 4-5 years of educational leadership experience, deep fluency in Jewish texts, and strong community engagement skills. The position offers an annual salary of $80,000–$90,000 based on experience.
