Job description
AMETEK, Inc. seeks a Director, Corporate Counsel – Litigation to provide strategic legal support on litigation matters. You will partner with senior leadership and external counsel to assess risk, manage claims, and align disputes with business objectives and laws.
You will oversee litigation strategy, draft and negotiate essential documents, and ensure compliance with company policies while using AI tools to improve productivity and cost control.
