Job description
Montgomery County Public Schools seeks a Legal Director to provide leadership, oversight and counsel on education law, civil rights, employment and related matters. The role includes managing litigation with external counsel and representing MCPS before courts and agencies.
Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will supervise staff, develop strategic plans aligned with the district's goals, advise on policy implications and promote equity and organizational excellence across the school
