Job description
The Decker Companies in West Des Moines, IA seeks a Logistics Commercial Development Director to drive growth in logistics brokerage. You will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and lead strategic sales initiatives across transportation modes.
Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in logistics/brokerage and a proven sales track record, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Travel to Fort Dodge HQ and client sites is required.
