Job description
Bloomingdale's is seeking a Director of Loyalty to own the Loyallist program end-to-end, shaping strategy, tier architecture, enrollment, and financial modeling. You will drive a growth-oriented roadmap, balance benefits with margin, and align loyalty with CRM and clienteling initiatives.
The role requires 8+ years in loyalty or CRM within premium retail, strong economics fluency, and leadership in a matrixed organization.
