Job description
Tourneau|Bucherer is searching for an Experience & Hospitality Director to lead luxury client experiences at our Global Flagship in New York. This role involves overseeing the hospitality team, ensuring high-touch service, and developing initiatives that enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to cultivate exceptional service culture. A compensation of $125,000 to $130,000 plus eligibility for bonuses is offered.
