Job description
Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking a Director of Pool Operations to lead the vision, execution, and daily management of pool experiences across the resort’s oceanfront property. You will drive a safe, luxurious environment for guests at the pool, cabanas, and outdoor amenities.
The role requires overseeing staffing, guest service standards, and cross-functional collaboration with F&B, Housekeeping, and Engineering to ensure seamless experiences.
