Job description
Wrist Aficionado is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee the sales team, marketing department, and CRM operations across locations. You will report to the founder and drive accountability, scalable processes, and elite client experiences for high-net-worth collectors.
You will build and enforce SOPs, manage performance reviews, and coordinate multi-department projects while maintaining a white-glove standard. Luxury watch expertise and strong CRM/communication skills are essential.
