Job description
Thorn, a nonprofit defending children from exploitation, is seeking a Director of Machine Learning & AI. You will lead the ML/AI function, shape strategy, develop leaders, and ensure ML integrates across products and Build initiatives.
You will manage an established ML team, recruit top talent, and drive responsible AI, privacy, and security practices while partnering with CTO and other teams to align priorities with Thorn’s mission.
