Job description
Daniels Health seeks a Director of Maintenance to lead enterprise maintenance and reliability strategy across our North American network. This role partners with Operations, Engineering, Safety, Supply Chain and Executive Leadership to build world-class maintenance programs across multiple sites.
You will oversee predictive and preventive maintenance, drive asset uptime, and manage capital investments while building high-performing teams and implementing data-driven solutions.
