Job description
HallKeen is seeking a hands-on Director of Maintenance Operations and Capital Projects to lead maintenance and capital initiatives across our residential portfolio. This role reports to the COO and involves a mix of field leadership, project management, and strategic planning.
With 10+ years in multifamily or related fields, you will set standards, drive safety, and coordinate budgets, vendors, and capital planning while ensuring resident satisfaction and compliance with HUD/LIHTC/Section 8
