# Director of MaintenanceCinnaminson, New JerseyType: Full TimeQualifications - Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years experience in a maintenance position. - Nursing home experience required. - HVAC certification strongly preferred. - Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. - Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints. - Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations. - Must be licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc. - Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. - Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Responsibilities - Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Maintenance Department, its programs and activities. - Develop and maintain written maintenance policies and procedures. - Assist the maintenance staff in the development and use of departmental policies, procedures, equipment, supplies, etc. - Review the department's policies, procedure manuals, job descriptions, etc., at least annually for revisions and make recommendations to the Administrator. - Coordinate maintenance services and activities with other related departments (i.e., Dietary, Nursing, Activities, etc.). - Make written oral reports/recommendations to the Administrator as necessary/required concerning the operation of the Maintenance Department. - Assist in establishing a preventive maintenance program.Location: 1700 Wynwood Dr, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077, USA, Cinnaminson, New Jersey|### Life at Wynwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center#### IndustryHealthcare
