Job description
Elderwood at Lockport is seeking a Director of Maintenance to lead all maintenance, life safety, and housekeeping operations. You will direct building systems, grounds, and equipment, manage budgets, and coordinate vendor services to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.
You will supervise a maintenance team, participate in disaster drills, and align daily activities with regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and a commitment to high care standards are essential.
