Job description
Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is seeking a Director of Maintenance to lead the maintenance strategy across its multifamily and senior living portfolio. You will own preventive maintenance programs, set make-ready standards, and coordinate with regional teams to protect asset value and resident satisfaction.
