Job description
The William & Mary Raymond A. Mason School of Business seeks a Director of Development to lead fundraising and alumni engagement. You will manage a major gift portfolio, develop and present proposals, and partner with faculty and staff to align priorities with donor interests.
Remote/hybrid role with occasional travel; you will drive strategies to secure private gifts, engage volunteers, and report on fundraising performance. A strong track record in major gifts is essential.
