Job description
Upwardly Global is seeking a major gifts leader to identify, qualify, and close new donors, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and foundations. This is a build role with a 30% travel expectation and leadership of a growing development team.
You will work with our CEO, CRO, board, and program leadership to create a scalable donor pipeline, drive two-way communications, and secure seven-figure commitments. This remote U.S. role requires residency in the SF Bay Area or Los Angeles.
