Job description
The Salvation Army New Jersey Division is seeking a Donor Relations Director to lead frontline major gift fundraising, overseeing a portfolio of 125–150 donors and securing gifts of $10K+. This role also manages a $1M+ portfolio and guides moves management across the donor cycle.
You will conduct in-person and virtual visits, craft compelling proposals, and solicit gifts while building deep philanthropic relationships and aligning donor passions with high-impact opportunities.
