Crossroads Mission is seeking a Donor Relations Director to join our administrative team. The role focuses on cultivating donor relationships, managing a portfolio of major gift prospects, and coordinating strategy with the executive team to secure gifts and sustain donor engagement.
The director will develop personalized solicitation plans, track progress with fundraising software, and represent Crossroads Mission at events and public engagements as needed.
