Baptist Health is seeking a Director of Development for its Foundation to lead comprehensive major gifts fundraising. You will manage a portfolio of top prospects, cultivate donors, and close gifts for capital, endowment, and special projects. The role collaborates with patients, board members, and staff to expand support and partnerships.
The position requires at least 5 years in fundraising or related leadership, a BA, and CFRE is encouraged. onsite at Boca Raton Hospital with full-time hours.
