Job description
William James College in Newton, MA is seeking a Director of Major Gifts and Governance to lead the college’s major gifts program and reinforce engagement with the Board of Trustees and volunteer leaders.
The Director will manage a major gifts portfolio, partner with the President and VP of Advancement, and help grow annual philanthropic support from approximately $3M to $5M by expanding the major gifts pipeline and advancing governance efforts.
