Job description
The Phillips Collection seeks a Director of Major Gifts to lead a two-officer major gifts team and manage a portfolio of up to 100 donors with $50K+ capacity. You will set strategic goals, collaborate with curatorial, membership, and planned giving teams, and help grow an inclusive donor pipeline to sustain the museum’s initiatives.
Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer, you will oversee Circles, annual exhibitions, and the Phillips Travel Program, while guiding fundraising strategies
